इस पाठ के बारे में

The productivity of your day depends on the way you began it. You will learn how to start the morning to stay energized throughout the day. You will know how to make a great first impression and find out what details form it. We will tell you about the kinds of smiles and the role of facial expressions in the process of communication.

Homework

  1. Analyze your morning. Write out 3 – 5 points you would like to change. (For example: surfing social networks right after you wake up.) Replace these habits with new morning rituals from the list offered in supplementary materials.
  2. Think of or find speeches of the people you admired. Write at least 5 reasons that, according to your opinion, have made these speeches successful. Use the techniques you have found in your forthcoming speeches (in the next home tasks, you will have to practice your public speaking skills, and you will fully experience how a famous speaker feels).
