This lesson explores what Professor Andrew Kukla, calls ‘mental traps,’’ defining these as ’11 traps’ of ‘meaningless actions that don’t lead to a result.’ We’ll give you a checklist of themand then your task is to see if you’re stuck in any of them. Then, you’ll learn 11 ways of avoiding these trips and to remove these obstacles on your way to forming good habits instead.

This lesson is about the importance of our environment. You’ll see how your environment impacts on your habits and lifestyle. Being aware of this will help you to take control of your life and make better informed choices in any given situation. We’ll also teach you about the mechanisms people use to influence each other and motivate them to become better. Therefore, if you follow all the recommendations from this course, you can improve not only yours, but also the lives of others.
Lesson 8. Disruptions and what to do with them
In the concluding lesson of our course, you’ll discover why breakdowns are normal and natural. You’ll learn why they’re happening and how to avoid them as much as possible.
