About this course

I often hear these words from my friends: “I want many things, but I am confused. What if what I want is not that, but simply the thing imposed by others? What if I'll later regret the wasted years, as it offen happens with adults?" Well, each person can come to a point where they feel confused. At this moment, everyone around them keeps asking: "What are you going to do with your life?" And often, the only honest answer to this question is "I don't know." You feel lost, you try to look into your future, you ask yourself questions about it and start to worry. You really want to shed the light on your life path. But how do you do it? You can learn about it in our online course!

To learn to distinguish your goals from the imposed ones, you will re-discover yourself: your needs, values, personal qualities, strengths and interests. When you know all these things about yourself, we will move on to how to deal with other people's expectations and set personal boundaries. This will help you not only to understand your thoughts and desires, but also to explain them to other people. Then you will find out how they can help you strengthen your self-identity. When you know how to work with your boundaries, it comes easier. Based on all this, you will be able to determine your mission, as it also helps to understand what goals are yours, especially big dream goals. After that, we will move on to how to make decisions. At the very end, knowing so much about yourself, you will figure out how to build good relationships with other people and with society as a whole, so that you could help each other. The acquired knowledge and skills will allow you to get to know yourself better and determine your true goals and desires. After that, you will definitely be able to achieve inner harmony and fulfil any dream!

Course structure

Lesson 1. How do I listen to my inner voice?

23:21 min
1 quiz
1 case
Asking for advice from peers and elders is quite useful. This way you can test yourself and find out what can await you on your path. At the same time, these tips are often formulaic and useless, so you need to be able to filter them out. To do this, you need to dig deep and study yourself. You will be able to do this in this lesson.

You will be able to paint in detail what the best day of your life looks like using the additional materials. You will also find questions and ideas there that will help you understand what interests and attracts you, and what you would like to do in the future.

Lesson 2. What is important to me?

9:56 min
1 quiz
1 case
In this lesson, you will learn how to figure out the most important things in your life. To do this, you can draw up a list of your needs. Then, as you study yourself, check this list with what you learn about yourself. Rate each point and draw conclusions about it, deciding whether you should leave it or find it imposed and erase it. Additionally, you will be able to better understand what your needs and values are. Furthermore, you will discover what can help you define your values.

Lesson 3. Strengths

10:34 min
1 quiz
1 case
In this lesson, you will learn how to recognise your strong features and turn your weaknesses into strengths. Imagine the situation: you stand in front of many roads, and you need to understand which one to take. You will most likely try to find signs to navigate. However, you cannot always see them around. Sometimes you need binoculars or glasses with special filters for this. The same goes for your character traits! They will help you choose the right path and find signs on it.

Additionally, you will be able to identify your character traits, as well as learn the Compliments technique, which will help you begin to appreciate and love your character traits!

Lesson 4. How can boundaries help me?

12:50 min
1 quiz
1 case
When you hear the word "boundaries", borders between countries or a fence - any lines outlining some form - may come to mind. Boundaries show where one thing ends and another begins. The “No Trespassing” sign indicates the border itself and the consequences for violating it. It's the same with the psychological boundaries, which we will discuss in this lesson. They also help to distinguish your goals from imposed ones and protect these goals from interference.

In the additional materials, you will learn how to say “No" politely and take other people's advice. Furthermore, you will discover how to determine if you have problems with personal boundaries.

Lesson 5. How other people can help you acknowledge your goal

13:55 min
1 quiz
1 case
In this lesson, you will learn about how other people can help you strengthen your identity and realise your goals. They can make noise and impose their goals, but some can be supportive and guiding, especially when you already know something about yourself and can set personal boundaries. Such people can be opinion allies and role models.

In addition, you will find out how to choose a role model. You will also be able to create a questionnaire that will help you make new acquaintances and look for like-minded people.

Lesson 6. My goals

12:57 min
1 quiz
1 case
When you already know so much about yourself, it is much easier to separate your goals from the imposed ones. Now is the time to choose and set personal goals. In this lesson, you will discover how to make decisions and choose which goals are more important. Moreover, you will find out about the goal-setting skill and proactivity as an important feature for it.

In the additional materials, you will find a diagram that will help you determine the balance of your goals. You will be able to come up with your own definition of success. Moreover, you will receive a technique that will allow you to prioritise your goals and make the right decisions.

Lesson 7. When my goals meet society's goals

9:51 min
1 quiz
1 case
Sometimes a person gets too deep into their goals, forgetting that there are other people with their own goals and desires, which they need to respect. It also happens that a person considers society to be their enemy, which only puts obstacles on the way to their goal. If you don't want this to happen and spoil your life, let's figure out how you can be at one with the society in which you live, so that you help each other rather than interfere with the other's business. In this lesson, you will learn how you and society can support each other.

Additionally, you will be able to study the Ikigai technique and learn how to keep believing in yourself even in the darkest times.
