Lesson 1. What is anxiety, and can it be useful?

Anxiety is a psychological feature that manifests itself in a person's tendency to experience anxiety for any reason. If you suspect that you have anxiety, better seek help from a specialist. However, you can identify some signs of anxiety yourself. You will learn them in this lesson.

In addition, you will receive a checklist that will help you identify the symptoms of anxiety and discover the types of anxiety.

Lesson 2. Anxiety self-diagnostic check

Each of us has experienced stress at some point in our lives. But it disappears as soon as the negative situation is resolved. Anxiety works a little bit differently. You can feel it for no apparent reason. In this lesson, you will learn how to self-diagnose anxiety.

In additional materials, you will find the test by Charles D. Spielberger to identify personal and situational anxiety. There will also be a Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and a Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A), which you can use to determine the level of your anxiety to overcome it in the future.

Lesson 3. How do you cope with anxiety and burnout?

High anxiety appearing when thinking about work is something that many people experience. This is not surprising, as we allocate a lot of time to work. The practical tips in this lesson will help you reduce anxiety during work processes. Moreover, you will find out about the syndromes that people most often encounter at work.
