Lesson 2. Four stages of stress.

This lesson focuses on the stages of stress. You'll learn what symptoms apply to each stage and how to help yourself more effectively depending on your situation.

In the supplementary materials, you will find methods of express self-help to calm down and begin to act.

Lesson 3. How to recognize stress signals

In this lesson, you will learn what sources of stress are and how they affect the perception of the situation. You will be told how to relieve tension in time so that it does not turn into stress. With the help of stress management, you will learn to maintain a balance of work and rest, so as not to bring yourself to nervous exhaustion.
