Mila Semeshkina, the CEO of Lectera, entered the top of Russian women — founders of IT companies
The venture capital fund Leta Capital, founded by a group of the best IT companies in the world, also acts as a partner of Rusbase, a publication about online technology and business.
On October 1, Leta Capital released its 2020 ranking of 100 Russian women executives. Although Lectera is a young project that has just started gaining momentum, its founder, Mila Semeshkina, already has a leading position in the segment of educational companies.
There were more than a thousand projects that participated in the selection: from startups at the product development stage to international corporations. Most of them are either in the IT niche or apply the latest technologies. The main selection criterion is that the company's management should have at least one Russian-speaking woman. The ranking is sorted by areas of project activity.
The list includes female executives from the areas of financial technology, education, HR, artificial intelligence, Big Data, VR and AR, e-commerce, real estate, home appliances and electronics, SaaS solutions for B2B businesses, and others.
