The University of Delhi, which went online since March, plans to open offline classes
University spokesman Rajeev Gupta said that the university is preparing for the phased opening of offline classes.
Only final year students who need practical training, for example, in laboratories, will be allowed to return to the university walls. The university administration emphasizes that the transfer of some classes to offline will not entail an obligation to attend the university. Gupta said, "Students themselves will decide whether they want to return and study offline in small groups. We will definitely not make them attend offline practical classes." Moreover, students can attend any class online.
