How to take the test
In each set (there are 10 in total) you can:
- Choose only one type of activity that brings you pleasure - and on the scale, choose the maximum position for the slider; and also select one type of activity that you do not like, and set the slider to the minimum position.
- For learning more, set the slider to the desired position for each activity. Listen to your feelings - how pleasing or undesirable each of the activities is for you.
