Very recently, Youtube has published new conditions for using the service. This is happening because Youtube has changed the service provider to Google LLC.
Youtube lawyers rewrote the "Rules, security and copyright" and "Rules for advertisers" sections - they have become more understandable, but their main points haven't changed.
